I placed an order a month age have not received or heard from them. Order # 1524857????
I purchased bras on 4/24/2020, didn't receive them until May 16th. None of them fit correctly (36 DDD here and I measured according to their chart) also the material felt very cheap. I sent them back on May 18th. My USPS tracking information stated the package was delivered to them on May 21st. It is now July 1st and I have yet to hear correspondence from them about why I haven't received a refund for the $70 I paid. They have their phones down and the email system is only sending out a automated reply. I am going to have to go through my credit card and claim fraudulence. I was trying to be considerate because of the pandemic but over a month to refund doesn't make any sense.

Great material. In my opinion poorly made. Itched at every seam. Didn’t read the return instruction. So I just own a uncomfortable bra ????????
It’s been a month and still no refund. Have emailed twice. After one week they responded to my first email, telling me that the refund department was behind but my refund would be put through that day. Nothing... and they have not responded to my second email. I returned them the day after I received them. Never again.

Why are they so expensive! $40 for one bra!!! Crazy! I would love to try but can't afford that, especially with not working! I dont know who can, even rich people. Especially with this covid! Give us women a break on under garments for once! Especially if you want to sell!!
Great customer service. I received the wrong order from them (wrong size and styles). I emailed them about it. After waiting a few hours, I decided to try to get a response on their live chat. This system works more like an email than a live chat. It took a little bit for them to get back to me, but after providing proof, they immediately shipped out my correct order. I got it a couple of days later (very fast). The bras are great and very comfortable. My only suggestion is to speed up response from email inquires and make it more clear that the "live chat" is more of a note feature and not live. Overall very satisfied!
I placed an order for 4 bras from Lively and didn’t hear a thing from them for over 4 weeks. When I wrote to cancel the order, their customer service told me that they were unable to cancel my order since the order was just about to ship. Customer service then told me that I can return the items when they arrive. When I asked them why it was taking so long to process my order, their excuse was that the USPS was slow due to COVID. I find that difficult to swallow because during this time I have place a number of orders with other online retailers and received them within a week or two!
The shipment notification email finally arrived in my inbox over a week later. The package arrived about a week after that. I’m sending the entire order back without even bothering to try them on. I don’t want to give my money to a company with such horrible customer service.
Company system does not track product sold against inventory. Orders take almost one month the delivery, and customer service does not look into issues to resolve them quickly or follow up. While COVId has brought on business challenges it did not create glitches in the system. I expected better service after the first reach out, and instead was given the copy/paste stock answer.
I wish I looked up this bra company on here earlier! I measured myself and all bras were too small. The strapless ones especially. The cups were concave and felt very cheap. I kept one bra (not strapless) because it was kind of comfortable and I was desperate for a new bra. At least the return policy is easy but won't shop there again.
Thanks for all the feedback ladies! I just saw the commercial and went in site to order a couple. I’ve now changed my mind. Phew! So crappy when companies treat customers like that, how do they think they’ll stay in business?
If you get the wrong size, they make it entirely impossible to return items.

said WOW let me buy a couple of these bras. I went on their website and read the reviews, all of the reviews I read were disappointment with LIVELY, therefore, I will not be making a purchase. I am sorry ladies for your disappointments. Please report this business to BBB so that they investigate.
I placed an order and returned Every piece of merchandise beecause the fit was poor. The order was made on October 30, 2020, I believe. The items were returned per their policy and with their shipping labels in November. It is now January 16, 2021, and I have still not received my refund of $126.00. They have also ignored my emails.

Absolutely not! And not many people can. Look at other website reviews. Horrible customer service if you can get them to respond at all.
